Pottery - Hopi Migration Design by Miriam Nampeyo, CSHH25-13

A Hopi pot with migration design by Miriam Nampeyo. She was born in 1956 and her mother taught her to make pottery. Her mother is Elva Tewaguna Nampeyo and her grandmother is Fannie Polacca Nampeyo. This piece is handmade with gathered clay. It is painted with natural paints. It measures 4 1/2 inches in diameter and 4 inches in height. This piece is in excellent condition and is signed on the bottom.
