Howell, Frank

Born in Sioux City, Frank Howell (1937-1997) was an extraordinarily skilled artist, often working with oils, watercolors, sculpture, lithographs and mono-types. Howell resided in Santa Fe, and his work was exhibited across the United States and in Mexico. His work remains in high demand by collectors all over the world.
