Navajo Weaving - Yei Style, C009516

A Navajo Yei style weaving by unknown weaver. This weaving is in sandpainting style. The are often seen front facing in linear design. These are female dancers because they have box shaped heads. They are in dance staffs in each hand. There is a rainbow Yei that is surround the dancers. This is to protect the dancers from negative energies. This weaving is woven with commercial wool and aniline dyed wool. It measures 34" X 27". The weaver's name was not attached.
