  • A Hopi katsina with Butterfly Dancers by Armand Fritz(1949). Armand learned how to carve from his parents. He is a veteran. After his service he started to carve katsinas. He is an active speaker in his community. He creates paintings, jewelry and pottery. This piece has two Poli Manas and Poli Tiyo. This piece measures 11 1/4 inches in height and 4 1/2 inches wide. It is in excellent condition.
