Kachina - Zuni Kiaklo and Duck by Daniel Espino, CCRH-395

A Zuni kachina with Kiaklo and his companion Duck by Daniel Espino. This kachina is apart of the Zuni migration story after the emergence of the Zuni people. This piece depicts the individual that was looking for the center. A place where the Zuni will settle. The Duck helped Kiaklo during this time. This story is a short version of a longer story that is told on Zuni. It was created December 2021. It measures 9 inches in height and 3 1/4 inches wide. This piece is in excellent condition. It is signed on the bottom.
