Mary Tsinnijinnie began weaving in the 1960s as a young girl. Mary weaves Burntwater, Wide Ruin, Rug-in-a-rug and samplers. She has been featured in publications. In this weaving Mary has a Burntwater style in the center and it is surrounded by a Wide Ruins banded style. The beauty of these natural dyed textiles is the softness of the colors of the Southwest. This weaving has peach, plum, white, and light indigo blue and a warm gray.
