Shipping & Delivery

We ship primarily by UPS and USPS. Many of our items are fragile and many are high value. In order to protect your purchase, all items include insurance in the shipping rate. Standard delivery is 7-10 business days after order processing.

Privacy & Security

Thank you for trusting us with your information. Your account information is used to get in touch with you regarding your order. Credit card numbers are never stored. If you sign up to receive our newsletter, it will be emailed to you. We will never sell your email address to another company. If you believe any information on your account is incorrect or incomplete, please email us and we'll make corrections.

Returns & Replacements

If you feel you've received the wrong product or it's not what you expected, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Please call us at 970-247-8277 to let us know your experience and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Ordering

Most of our products are one-of-a-kind. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and encourage you to call or email us if you have questions about a piece of art prior to ordering online--or you may order by phone. Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Our payment gateway is Pay Junction, which has the highest level of security. We accept all major credit cards.

Viewing Orders

To see your order, just log in to "My Account". You'll need your Order ID, billing last name, and email address.

Updating Account Information

Creating an account lets you do things like create a wishlist, build an address book, view your orders, and update your newsletter subscription.
