Often times sets like these get separated along the way. So, it is great to have a collection survive all together like this one. Annie Quam Gasper and her sister Ellen Quandelacy (1920-2002) were known to collaborate together on pieces through their careers. They both excelled in channel inlay though Ellen preferred fetish carving and Annie inlay work. The "Hummingbird" design on this collection is Annie's favorite design and she used inlaid turquoise in sterling silver. The ring is a size 7. The bracelet measures 6 1/4" around and that includes the one inch opening. The earrings have a post and are 2 3/8" in length. The necklace measures 19" in length with the largest center pendant measuring 2 1/2" tall and the medallion is 1 3/8" in diameter.
