A Navajo weaving by Daisy Tauglechee 1911-1990, from Toadlena, NM. Daisy is one of the best known Two Grey Hills weavers to come out of the area. Daisy was born in 1911 and passed in 1990 leaving a great legacy of prize winning weavings, they are in private and museum collection across the country. This tapestry is all hand spun natural wool with a dyed black, woven in 1979 with a 115 weft count. The weaving is encased in glass frame with a photo of Daisy with her weaving.
