Navajo Weaving - Teec Nos Pos, C008026

Teec Nos Pos style Navajo weavings are known for their big bold borders and intricate and colorful central design.  Laura Nelson Tom has been actively weaving since 1965 and is a resident of Teec Nos Pos. Laura has won awards for her richly colored and detailed borders. In this weaving she has chosen a cream colored background with black and grey designs and little pops of turquoise.
