Vintage Navajo weaving in the JB Moore Crystal style from the early 1900's. All natural hand spun wool in brown, gray, cream with an aniline red and yellow. This textile is over 100 hundred years old and has some signs of age in the selvage and some repairs. The center of the rug has a Whirling Log which is an ancient symbol found in many cultures including the Navajo story of an epic journey and a hero who seeks knowledge. Measuring close to a 3 by 6 foot area in size.
