All hand spun wool in natural white, brown, carded grey and some aniline and vegetal dyed wool. Genita John started weaving in the 1970s having learned from her mother in law Isabell John, their styles are similar. Genita just began weaving again after taking more than 10 years away from the loom because of her job. The petroglyphs on the sides and the wearing blanket design on the top and bottom add an extra something to this spectacular Navajo landscape.
