"Keepers of the Western Door" by William Franklin, CPRALR14-03
William Franklin was born in the spring of 1947 at Ganado, AZ. From 1951-1953 he stayed with his grandmother in Standing Horse, AZ. While he was there he gained knowledge from his grandmother and helped her with the livestock. Shortly after that he went to boarding school and graduated highschool. He had a prayer ceremony done on his family and asked permission to become an artist. He became an artist and has been working on pieces like this one. His work is traditional, abstract, and colorful. This is a framed piece, matted with glass, and has his signature on the bottom. This is a unique piece to add to your collection.
