A Zuni concho belt with Turquoise and Sunfaces by Andrew M. This belt has thirteen conchos with links and a hook. This piece has needlepoint Turquoise that has been inserted individually around the Sunfaces. The Sunfaces have Mother of Pearl and Turquoise inlay. There is a subtle shadowbox effect around each Sunface. Around each concho is solder dots that finish the design. There silver loops have been cut, shaped and soldered to form each link that holds the conchos together. This spectacular piece shows the beauty of the Southwest.
