  • Painting by Richard Martinez of the San Ildefonso Pueblo. Martinez was born in 1904 and was actively painting in his teens. He attended the Santa Fe Indian School of Art. He studied under Dorothy Dunn. He is mentioned in many books on Native American Art. In 1987 he passed away at the Pueblo.
