This kachina is made from cottonwood root and has a traditional style that was passed down by each generation. The cat is hand painted with natural dyes and mineral paints that were Polyestewa made himself. To finish off the piece Chester adds feathers, goat hair, shells, turquoise, and deer skin. The cat stands 11 1/2" tall and the widest point measures 7 1/2".
